Privacy

We do not set cookies, use localStorage, or run third-party analytics or ad pixels on BidWars. There is no cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to in your browser.

BidWars has no sign-up or login. When you pay to list or raise your bid, checkout is handled by Whop. Payment card details are processed by Whop, not stored on BidWars.

When you submit a listing, the following is stored and shown publicly on the board:

• Product name, URL or @handle, tagline, and category
• Current bid amount and rank
• Click count (aggregate, not tied to individual visitors)
• Bid history shown in the public activity feed

When a visitor clicks a listing link, we send an anonymous request to our server to increment that product's click count. We do not build visitor profiles or track individuals across sessions.

Whop processes payments on our behalf. See Whop's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, request path, and timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs for advertising or profiling.

• We do not run third-party ads or sell ad space.
• We do not sell or rent visitor or bidder data to marketers.
• Paid listings are the product — outbound links are marked sponsored because someone paid for placement.
