BidWars is a public leaderboard where you pay for placement rank. Higher bids appear higher. We do not guarantee any specific number of clicks, visitors, or conversions.

• Payments are one-time charges processed by Whop at the time of checkout.
• Completed payments claim the rank shown at checkout, subject to the Rules.
• All sales are final. No refunds for completed payments, including when someone later beats your bid.

• Listings must comply with our Rules, including prohibited content and link types.
• You must have the right to promote the URL or @handle you submit.
• We may remove or reject listings that violate the Rules. Removals for rule violations are not refundable.
• There is no admin support queue and no account dashboard — placement is automated by bid amount after checkout.

BidWars links to third-party sites and profiles. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of listed destinations.

BidWars is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on leaderboard placement.

We may update these Terms or the Rules. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
